Owalls is designed so that the process is completely automatic and only requires the intervention of the user themselves. Once the user creates or selects a patient and uploads the photographs, both the detection, classification and chronological ordering, as well as the image adjustments are done automatically.

Currently Owalls automatically detects and classifies the 8 most commonly used types of images in orthodontics: ● Extraoral: Rest, Smile and Profile ● Intraoral: Frontal, Right and left lateral, and upper and lower occlusal.

Yes. You can upload any other photograph, although it will not be detected or classified automatically. These other images are stored as a backup.

Yes. Our artificial intelligence system can recognize and classify images as long as they meet minimum quality and clarity requirements. Although it admits great variability in taking photographs, significant deviations from the training patterns can affect accuracy. In this sense, although the recognition system improves progressively with use and adapts to your way of working, we offer you a simple guide to take photographs so that you can get the maximum performance from the application from day one.

Yes. Once the images have been edited by the AI, in a very simple way the user can: ● Adjust the image resulting from the automated processing. ● Recover the original image and edit it from scratch. ● Manually order the images within the same series of 8.

Owalls artificial intelligence models have been trained with thousands of photographs, and offer a high level of reliability. However, the particularities of each image (lighting, framing, variations in shooting) can cause occasional errors in detection or processing, which can be easily corrected through manual editing. In addition, the models improve progressively from actual use of the platform, and adapt to your way of working, which improves the detection and processing of images that you introduce in the future.

Yes. Owalls also functions as a backup system as long as the subscription is active and up to date with payment.

Yes. Owalls allows you to send complete sessions by email in *.ZIP format, as a PDF composition, and "before/after" type comparisons between two sessions. Always under your responsibility, this functionality is ideal for consultation among colleagues, second opinions or even to improve patient-professional communication.

Yes. Once the cancellation is processed, you have 3 months to download your edited and original images. Remember that in the case of the Basic plan, only the original images from the last 12 months can be recovered.

The original images are processed to reduce their size in a coherent and proportional way, and are preserved according to the contracted plan: ● Basic Plan: images optimized for daily clinical use, with good display on standard size computer screens. ● Standard Plan: images optimized in high quality, suitable for being displayed correctly on large format screens.

Yes. You can request a plan change at any time. In all cases, however, the change will take effect once the already contracted billing period has ended, and will be applied from the next installment. It should be noted that the new functionalities of the chosen plan will only apply from the moment of the change. Data recorded with the previous plan will maintain the original conditions; for example, the quality of the images or the possibility of recovering deleted content will not be modified retroactively.

You can upload series of up to 8 images, with a maximum total weight of 100 MB, which are automatically reduced according to the subscription plan.

There is no mandatory minimum resolution. Owalls automatically optimizes images according to the contracted plan, maintaining adequate quality for clinical use.

The final images are delivered in JPEG format, compressed in a .ZIP file.

Processing a standard series of 8 images is usually completed in less than 2 minutes once started. However, the waiting time before starting may vary depending on the system load and the processing queue, with priority for Standard plan users.

No. Owalls is a 100% web platform.

Yes. Owalls is compatible with the most common browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.).

Yes. You only need an internet connection and a browser. Although the display is optimized for use from a computer, the platform is responsive and accessible from mobile phones or tablets.

Yes. Images are not made public or shared with third parties.

Only you have access to your data. Owalls does not share, sell or use your images for any other purpose beyond providing the service. Optionally and only with your express consent, some images could be used anonymously to improve and train Owalls systems. Images are only shared with third parties when you explicitly decide to send them by email or through an equivalent action.

Images can contribute to the improvement of Owalls artificial intelligence models in an anonymized and secure manner, exclusively for the purposes of improving the service.

Images are stored on secure servers located within the European Union.

Edited images are kept as long as the subscription is active and depending on the contracted plan.

Yes. Owalls complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The professional who uses Owalls is legally responsible for all the information they record. Owalls acts as a support tool, similar to word processing software, but the professional and legal responsibility for the content always lies with the user.

Yes. Data is encrypted both in transit (HTTPS) and at rest.

Yes. The user is the exclusive owner of the images.

Only the technical rights strictly necessary to provide the service and improve its operation.

It is the user's responsibility to have the rights or necessary consent to possess or use these images.

Owalls is a paid service with monthly or annual subscription. The annual subscription includes a discount equivalent to one month.

Currently there are two plans: Basic and Standard.

Payment by bank card.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time without penalties. By doing so, you will maintain access to all features until the end of your contracted billing period. We will keep your data for 90 days after cancellation in case you decide to reactivate your account. After that they will be deleted.

Yes. Owalls issues valid invoices for professionals and companies.

No refunds are made once the billing period has started. In case of cancellation, Owalls will maintain the contracted service until the billed period is exhausted.

The following is not allowed: ● Sharing the same account ● Infringement of third party rights ● Creating deepfakes ● Any fraudulent or deceptive use

Owalls reserves the right to suspend or cancel the account in case of non-compliance with the terms of use.

Owalls guarantees the correct operation of the models to detect and process the defined image types. However, individual variations can cause errors.

Owalls offers a free 30-day trial period. If the service does not meet expectations, the user can choose not to activate the subscription. Once subscribed, you can always unsubscribe.

Yes. The platform is continuously improved.

Yes. All suggestions and comments are welcome and are taken into account for future improvements.
